QuickBooks Physical for Construction Contractors
How it’s done: We remotely connect to your desktop computer or you upload your QuickBooks Company file to our secure portal. In either case, the confidentiality of your financial information is of the utmost importance to us.
Deliverables include:
You’ll receive a Summary Report of our Physical that rates from 1 to 5 Stars how well you’re doing in 20 different areas. We’ll show you how well you’re job costing, how accurate your job cost reports are, and how accurate your company financial reports are.
We’ll highlight areas for improvement on your reports. No changes will be made to your QuickBooks Company file.
Areas we rate:
Job Cost Reports; Job Costing Accuracy; Estimating & Purchase Orders; Lists & Preferences; and Company Financial Reports.
We’ll also have a 1-hour Zoom meeting, telephone call, or in-person meeting if local, to answer your questions and discuss how our collaboration can HELP YOU MAKE MORE MONEY!
